Why the price on the order page is higher than that of the store?

Disk Recovery

Can't detect your hard drive?

MyRecover V 2.6.0 supports file recovery for NTFS hard drives and USB drives via Fast and Deep Scan. Only Deep Scan supports non-NTFS file system data recovery.
Currently, it can’t work on partitions without drive letters, dynamic volumes, unallocated space, and BitLocker encrypted partitions.

Why can’t I reinstall the new version of partition recovery, and got a message “AOMEI Partition Assistant has been installed in your computer” even I have uninstalled it?

In this condition, you need open File Explorer, and locate to the installing path. Then delete Registry files. Here are the steps:
1. Find and delete the installation directory.
2. Press “Win+R” to open Run，and input “regedit” on it and press Enter.
3. Locate the path “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\AomeiPartition Assistant_is1” or “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Aomei Partition Assistant_is1
4. Then delete the folder and continue to install.

Can I recovery partition from a damaged disk?

Partition Recovery can recover partition if the disk is detected by your computer. If your disk is damaged physically, the lost partition can’t be recovered.

What is the size of the supported hard drive by Partition Recovery? Can I recover lost partition from 4TB hard drive?

Partition Recovery does not have the practical size limit. You can recover partitions on a 4TB hard drive.

Got a message “some hard disk drives may be locked by other programs”. How to solve it?

Some programs may obstruct Partition Recovery detection. Please try to reboot your PC, and install the software. Or try to reconnect the storage device. If the issue is still here, please contact our support team.

What is the difference between Fast Search and Full Search?

Fast Search will scan the first sector of each partition on the hard drive. So it is faster to find out the deleted or lost partition.
Full Search will deeply scan every sector of partitions on the hard drive. So it takes a long time.

Phone Recovery

The device has connected, but not been recognized?

Please try the following ways to solve this issue.
Try to reconnect the device to the computer with a charging cable.
Make sure the charging cable is workable. You could try another charging cable for connection.
Try another USB port to make sure it works normally.
Please keep the device unlocking when you connect the device to the computer.
If the iPhone is still not be recognized with a normal connection, please try to restart the software. The iPhone may not be detected by relative services in time.
Go to "Control Panel" > "Hardware and Sound" > "Device Manager" to check whether Apple Mobile Device USB Drives have been installed after connection. You could try to reinstall or update the Apple Mobile Device USB Drives.

How to fix verification failed with iTunes?

"Verification Failed" means iTunes components have been uninstalled or related service disabled. You could try the following two methods to solve this error.
Method 1. Reinstall iTunes components or software
Step 1. Go to the installation directory of the software and find the "iTunes Components" folder.
Step 2. Click on "setup.exe" to reinstall iTunes components.
Alternatively, you could reinstall the software, which can also solve this issue.
Method 2. Check Apple Mobile Device Service
Step 1. Press "Win+R" and input "services.msc"
Step 2. Right-click "Apple Mobile Device Service" and select "Properties".
Step 3. Make sure the "Startup type" is "Automatic" and "Service status" is "Running".

How to reduce the impact of WeChat data loss or accidental deletion?
